Our client is a Luxury Lifestyle and Travel Companylooking for a Lifestyle Concierge Specialist to be based in their
modern, friendly & vibrant Melbourne office.



The Role

Our client is looking for passionate, motivated andresourceful individuals to join their team in Melbourne

·As a Travel Specialist you will use your knowledge, contacts and know-how to deal with interesting and often complex requests

·Youwill primarily be dealing in the following areas; Travel, Retail andEntertainment including restaurant and ticket knowledge

·Youwill use your expertise to help their members get the most from their lives, whilst growing knowledge within you team and across the company as a whole

·You will use your research and communication skillsto provide personalized solutions to their international members request within specified time frames



The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

·Native-level Cantonese – with fluent English – written and spoken

·Travel background is a necessity with experience in Hotels, Travel, Airlines or Airport etc

·Experience in the high-end and luxury customer service, dining, ticketing, travel, luxury or hospitality industry would be an added advantage

·Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets

·Passionate about delivering high quality personalized support and have excellent research skills

·Able to use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of their members

·Experience in creating bespoke travel itineraries

·Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members and suppliers,working in a calm and professional manner

·The ability to work independently and perform well with little supervision

·Dedication to customer satisfaction, show a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, acting with tact and diplomacy and demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills

·Strong administration skills and be able to prioritize workloads to meet tight reporting timelines

·The ability to multitask and handle several projects at the same time

·High adaptability to a dynamic changing environment

·GDS skills required in Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
