Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced person to fill the role of managing and building upon the footprint that has been established in Asia Pacific. The incumbent will be responsible for cultivating a book of business throughout Asia Pacific, actively hunting new opportunities and shepherding accounts through the sales funnel.



  • Proven experience managing high-value accounts within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the key accounts segment, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.




The person our client is looking for possesses high energy, truly self-starting, a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills. If you have a hunter mindset, and possess the ability to navigate complexity within strategic markets and the global hospitality industry, this role is for you. You should be residing in the Southeast Asia region.



  • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within other key accounts in the region(s), understanding their needs and aligning strategies to achieve mutual success.
  • Utilize a farmer-hunter mindset, balancing relationship cultivation with a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow a book of business within the hospitality sector, diversifying the portfolio by actively seeking new enterprise-level clients, hotel owner/operator groups, and global brands.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive business development initiatives, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales funnel from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure and post-sale relationship management.
  • Identify and focus on strategic markets critical to the global expansion of our business & brand development efforts within the hospitality sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and growth within these markets, particularly among large owner/operator groups.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that resonate with diverse markets and cultures.
