The Role

They currently have an opportunity for a Hotel Manager to be based in Sydney. Reporting to the Area General Manager this position offers the support and training to take the next step in your career. With an ever-expanding hotel portfolio, this position allows for career growth and opportunities both in Australia and internationally

Responsibilities include:
·managing daily hotel operations in the hotel's continuing commitment to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability
·Ensuring revenue growth whilst maintaining excellent product and service standards in line with the values of the brand
·Promoting a positive team culture
·Stakeholder management, maintaining established relationships with owners and building management
·Collaboration with the Revenue Managers to ensure highest yield, maximise owner returns & management commission
·Ensuring a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for hotel guests
·Develop partnerships with leaders across the business to develop and maintain consistent operational standards and performance
·To be proactive,strategic, highly driven with a strong service orientation
·Demonstrated ability to develop a strong rapport and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders

The Person

·Previous hotel manager experience, management experience in Hotel Operations or Rooms Division
·Proficient in Sales & Marketing
·Passionate about the growth and development of the business and their people
·Excellent communicator with a collaborative management style, social and engaged
·Able to embrace new technologies and drive cultural change
·Highly analytical in thinking and decision making
·Passionate about providing excellence in customer service
·A strong leader and motivator
·Very energetic and ambitious to develop yourself and grow with their growing business
