About the Company

Our client owns and manages a portfolio of deluxe hotels with expansion plans across Asia Pacific.

About the Role

  • Responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations, financial targets and GOP of this hotel.
  • With key focus on driving success in all operational areas of the Hotel with strong leadership background particularly from either Sales & Marketing or Rooms Division
  • Co-ordinates and supervises the day-to-day operations of the hotel, responsibilities include strategic planning, budget setting and control, managerial leadership and mentoring and ensuring service standards and continued profitability are maintained.
  • Primary areas of responsibility shall be Sales & Marketing and Rooms.


The Person

To succeed in this role, you will have the following pre-requisites:

  • You should have a background in Operations, Finance or Sales & Marketing.
  • You should have a minimum of 10 years experience as a department head of a hotel or resort
  • Extensive hands-on working experience in Asia
  • Proven leadership abilities, to drive and mentor teams across all levels
  • Sound financial acumen, track record in achieving GOP and financial targets
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with HQ and Owners
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred)
  • Driven, team player with the ability to gain “buy-in” from key stakeholders
