Our client is one of the leading deluxe hotel brands globally renowned for their service and landmark properties. As the successful candidate, you will lead the operations of this hotel and have full P&L responsibilities.
- With key focus on driving success in all operational areas of the Hotel with strong leadership background particularly from either Sales & Marketing or Rooms Division
- Co-ordinates and supervises the day-to-day operations of the hotel, responsibilities include strategic planning, budget setting and control, managerial leadership and mentoring and ensuring service standards and continued profitability are maintained.
- Primary areas of responsibility shall be Sales & Marketing, Rooms and Technical Services.
- You should have a background in Operations, Finance or Sales & Marketing.
- You should have a minimum of 15 years experience as a department head of a 5 star hotel
- You will need to be highly adaptable, business savvy with excellent operations and financial acumen
