Our client is a refined 5* hotel located in Macau with 208 rooms.
Maintain the highest level of service standards and cleanliness of the property are met with the company goals.
Ensure daily rooms for VIP, special request are ready for arrivals and room turnaround requirement is met as per company standard.
Work closely with Front Office, Engineering, Revenue Management and all other supporting departments to ensure room inventory are maximized daily and liaise for maintenance to upkeep the property.
The work schedules have to be prepared and planned in advance. It is also the responsibility of theExecutive Housekeeper to handle customer service and complaints as well.
The housekeeping department contains 35 staff (room attendance) and 4 staff ( laundry).
Minimum 5-8 years experience is required (preferably in a 5* hotel)
