The Role

  • Maintain relationships with key individuals in assigned territory through regular client visits
  • Expand and retain accounts while ensuring ongoing excellent customer service
  • Map customer requirements (eg: products and services) to grow the business
  • Develop strategies, orchestrate company resources to maximize sales volume and profit goals
  • Build and maintain an appropriate sales action plan
  • Works with third party suppliers to meet user requirements, problem solve, implement new installations
  • Provide customer performance analysis/forecast, define action plans to improve customer performance
  • Introduce new product solutions to users to maximize usage through demos and on-site support

The Person

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related discipline
  • 5 years of relevant work experience in solution sales in the technology, e-commerce or airline industry
  • Travel or airline industry experience ideal
  • Proven track record in growing and retaining B2B or B2G customer accounts
  • Ability to take ownership of accounts, pro-actively drive relationship with customers
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Self-starter, commercially savvy, good problem solving and negotiation skills
