Responsibilities

- Collaborate with chefs to develop unique signature dishes embodying luxury and exclusivity
- Establish and maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence
- Streamline kitchen operations to reflect precision and efficiency expected in luxury dining
- Supervise culinary department, ensuring accurate and timely production of all catering events
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire culinary talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Source and maintain relationships with exclusive suppliers of premium and rare ingredients
- Stay at the forefront of global luxury culinary trends and innovations
- Represent the culinary vision of the brand in media events and luxury showcases
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and relevant regulations
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
Day-to-day
