Responsibilities
Craft sophisticated, high-end menus showcasing culinary creativity and premium ingredients
Collaborate with chefs to develop unique signature dishes embodying luxury and exclusivity
Establish and maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence
Streamline kitchen operations to reflect precision and efficiency expected in luxury dining
Supervise culinary department, ensuring accurate and timely production of all catering events
Recruit, mentor, and inspire culinary talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Source and maintain relationships with exclusive suppliers of premium and rare ingredients
Stay at the forefront of global luxury culinary trends and innovations
Represent the culinary vision of the brand in media events and luxury showcases
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of computer systems and relevant regulations
Good interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills
Multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse cultures
Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Ability to comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times
