Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain the highest standards of culinary excellence
  • Streamline kitchen operations to reflect precision and efficiency expected in luxury dining
  • Supervise culinary department, ensuring accurate and timely production of all catering events
  • Recruit, mentor, and inspire culinary talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Source and maintain relationships with exclusive suppliers of premium and rare ingredients
  • Stay at the forefront of global luxury culinary trends and innovations
  • Represent the culinary vision of the brand in media events and luxury showcases

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and relevant regulations
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Multicultural awareness and ability to work with diverse cultures
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times

Day-to-day

  • Supervise, assign duties, and ensure proper kitchen and equipment maintenance
