About Leon
Leon Nonis is a Senior Consultant at ACI HR Solutions, Asia’s leading specialist HR consultancy for the travel, tourism, and hospitality sectors. Based in Singapore, Leon manages the recruitment and advisory needs of ACI’s Hospitality and Lifestyle clients across the Asia Pacific region.
A graduate of the Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (SHATEC), Leon brings over three decades of experience in the hospitality and service industry, having held a wide range of senior operational, sales, and commercial leadership roles.
Leon began his career in 1995 as a Management Trainee at the iconic Raffles Hotel Singapore, gaining comprehensive exposure across hotel operations. He went on to build a distinguished career in sales and business development with leading international brands including Millennium & Copthorne Hotels, Accor, and Thistle/Guoman Hotels, where he served as Account Director. In 2012, Leon returned to Raffles Hotel Singapore as Director of Sales, his final operational role before transitioning into consultancy.
