We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations of an Italian restaurant within a prestigious and internationally recognized hotel group. Responsibilities

As the Head Chef, you will:

  • Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including operational, quality, and administrative functions.

  • Train, mentor, and assess the kitchen team to uphold brand standards.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, health and safety, and food safety legislation.

  • Report and address maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues promptly.

  • Promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices within the kitchen.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in an Italian restaurant.

  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.

  • The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.

  • A creative approach to food preparation and presentation.

  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Customer-focused experience, which will be considered an asset.

  • A professional demeanor and the ability to represent the restaurant and hotel with excellence.

Day-to-Day

Your daily responsibilities will include:
