We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen operations of an Italian restaurant within a prestigious and internationally recognized hotel group. Responsibilities
As the Head Chef, you will:
Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including operational, quality, and administrative functions.

Train, mentor, and assess the kitchen team to uphold brand standards.

Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, health and safety, and food safety legislation.
Report and address maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues promptly.
Promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices within the kitchen.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in an Italian restaurant.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
The ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
A creative approach to food preparation and presentation.
A positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in English.
