Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and oversee the operations of our client's Food & Beverage departments across multiple outlets. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and inspire F&B managers, supervisors, and culinary teams to consistently achieve and exceed food preparation and service standards.
- Oversee and manage the operations of the Food & Beverage departments across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency in service delivery, safety, hygiene, and compliance with corporate policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relations and guest experiences.
- Collaborate with property-level F&B teams to innovate and drive revenue growth through new product offerings, concepts, and promotions.
- Plan, forecast, and manage the financial performance of the F&B departments, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
- Monitor performance to ensure financial targets are met, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance and professional development for employees at all levels.
- Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of F&B services, offering strategic direction and support to property teams.
- Maintain the highest standards in customer service, addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations across all properties.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of quality products and services.
- Monitor staffing levels to align with business demands and ensure optimal service delivery during peak times.
- Continuously evaluate food quality, presentation, and service to maintain brand standards and guest expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations.
- Highly organized and able to work well under pressure with a results-oriented approach.
