Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and oversee the operations of our client's Food & Beverage departments across multiple outlets. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strategic leadership capabilities, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and inspire F&B managers, supervisors, and culinary teams to consistently achieve and exceed food preparation and service standards.
  • Oversee and manage the operations of the Food & Beverage departments across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency in service delivery, safety, hygiene, and compliance with corporate policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relations and guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with property-level F&B teams to innovate and drive revenue growth through new product offerings, concepts, and promotions.
  • Plan, forecast, and manage the financial performance of the F&B departments, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Monitor performance to ensure financial targets are met, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance and professional development for employees at all levels.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of F&B services, offering strategic direction and support to property teams.
  • Maintain the highest standards in customer service, addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure adherence to food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations across all properties.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of quality products and services.
  • Monitor staffing levels to align with business demands and ensure optimal service delivery during peak times.
  • Continuously evaluate food quality, presentation, and service to maintain brand standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations.
  • Highly organized and able to work well under pressure with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Ability to create and implement innovative F&B concepts and promotions to drive revenue and guest engagement.
  • Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
