Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and oversee the operations of our client's Food & Beverage departments across multiple outlets. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction. Responsibilities
Lead, train, and inspire F&B managers, supervisors, and culinary teams to consistently achieve and exceed food preparation and service standards.
Oversee and manage the operations of the Food & Beverage departments across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency in service delivery, safety, hygiene, and compliance with corporate policies.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer relations and guest experiences.
Collaborate with property-level F&B teams to innovate and drive revenue growth through new product offerings, concepts, and promotions.
Plan, forecast, and manage the financial performance of the F&B departments, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
Monitor performance to ensure financial targets are met, adjusting strategies as necessary.
Foster a positive work environment, providing guidance and professional development for employees at all levels.
Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of F&B services, offering strategic direction and support to property teams.
Maintain the highest standards in customer service, addressing and resolving guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure adherence to food handling, hygiene, and safety regulations across all properties.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely acquisition of quality products and services.
Monitor staffing levels to align with business demands and ensure optimal service delivery during peak times.
Continuously evaluate food quality, presentation, and service to maintain brand standards and guest expectations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior Food & Beverage leadership role.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations.
Highly organized and able to work well under pressure with a results-oriented approach.
