The ideal candidate will possess strong, pre-existing relationships within the hotel group’s European network, including regional leadership, technology stakeholders, and on-property decision-makers. This position is tailored for a senior sales professional with a proven track record in relationship-driven, enterprise-level hospitality sales.

Responsibilities

As the Sales Director – Europe, you will:

  • Drive revenue growth exclusively within the assigned hotel group across Europe.

  • Leverage established senior relationships to identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities.

  • Engage with regional, technology, and property-level stakeholders to build and maintain strong partnerships.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from strategic planning to contract closure.

  • Serve as a trusted commercial partner to senior stakeholders, providing insights and solutions to meet their needs.

  • Collaborate with internal global and regional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated, existing relationships within a major international hotel group across Europe.

  • A proven track record in enterprise or B2B sales, specifically within the hospitality or hospitality technology sector.

  • A strong commercial background with significant experience in sales leadership.

  • The ability to operate autonomously and execute a focused, strategic sales mandate.
