Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead corporate customer growth in the hotel network sector across Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. Responsibilities

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Identify, secure, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing hotel partnerships in Thailand.
  • Present the company’s innovative IT solutions and services through onsite and online presentations.
  • Maintain and secure renewals for existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively develop and follow up on sales leads and prospects.
  • Respond to client requests and service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Achieve all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets set by the management team.
  • Report directly to the Vice President of Global Sales.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree, with proven experience in business development and sales roles.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT sales (experience in the hospitality industry is a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • The ability to travel for business trips and stay overnight when necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Day-to-Day

Your daily activities will include:

  • Engaging with potential and existing clients to present tailored IT solutions.
  • Following up on leads and managing the sales pipeline to achieve targets.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Preparing and delivering reports to the VP of Global Sales on progress and achievements.
