Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and execute sales initiatives for our premier provider of advanced technology solutions for the hospitality industry in Japan.
Responsibilities:
Execute sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across all products and services
Manage annual sales business plan and monitor process to monthly objectives
Track and analyze competitive programs, market opportunities, products, and activities
Implement sales programs and promotion strategies in conjunction with the business unit
Provide monthly reports and updates to the business unit
Work closely with the management team to maximize sales activity, focus, and solutions expertise
Initiate programs/initiatives to increase contacts at Senior Levels of customer’s business
Qualifications:
Degree holder, MBA preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in comprehensive product strategies and complex solution selling
Proven record of selling to specific sectors and C-level executives
Strong business acumen and competitive knowledge
Results-oriented with a flexible approach to strategy and implementation
Day-to-day:
Developing and executing sales strategies
Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive activities
Collaborating with the management team to maximize sales activity and solutions expertise
Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives
