Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and execute sales initiatives for our premier provider of advanced technology solutions for the hospitality industry in Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales initiatives and drive revenue growth across all products and services

  • Manage annual sales business plan and monitor process to monthly objectives

  • Track and analyze competitive programs, market opportunities, products, and activities

  • Implement sales programs and promotion strategies in conjunction with the business unit

  • Provide monthly reports and updates to the business unit

  • Work closely with the management team to maximize sales activity, focus, and solutions expertise

  • Initiate programs/initiatives to increase contacts at Senior Levels of customer’s business

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder, MBA preferred

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in comprehensive product strategies and complex solution selling

  • Proven record of selling to specific sectors and C-level executives

  • Strong business acumen and competitive knowledge

  • Results-oriented with a flexible approach to strategy and implementation

Day-to-day:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies

  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitive activities

  • Collaborating with the management team to maximize sales activity and solutions expertise

  • Building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives
