Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to):
In this role, you will be responsible for the following activities such as:
• Manage and oversee smooth day to day branch operations
• Lead and motivate retail and sales staff
• Mentor, advice and provide resolutions to any staff issues when necessary
• Responsible for store’s performance and sales target achievement
• Develop innovative and effective sales strategies and plans
• Perform sales forecast and set performance goals
Desired Skills & Expertise:
• Minimum 3 year of working experience in sales and managing a team preferably in the Retail Beauty industry.
• A good team player
• Must be able to liaise in English
• A self-driven and highly motivated person with excellent sales skills
• Possess excellent management and leadership qualities
