Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge IT solutions, including guest Internet solutions, IPTV, and casting solutions, to 4- and 5-star international hotels in Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, secure, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing hotel partners in Malaysia.

  • Deliver compelling presentations of our solutions and services, both onsite and online.

  • Maintain and secure renewals for existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Proactively develop and follow up on sales leads and prospects to drive business growth.

  • Address client requests and resolve service issues or inquiries promptly and effectively.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs and expectations are met.

  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and understand customer requirements.

  • Consistently achieve KPIs and sales targets set by the management team.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to the VP – Global Sales.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with proven experience in business development and sales roles.

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Willingness to travel for business trips and stay overnight when necessary.

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Day-to-Day
  • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to the management team.

  • Travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and relationship-building activities.
