Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our client. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary. The role operates on a standard 5-day work week.

Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service
  • Provide a warm and welcoming environment for all guests.

  • Address guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain a high standard of service and ambiance within the restaurant.

  • Monitor guest reviews and recommend service improvements.

Team Leadership
  • Supervise and manage front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.

  • Train team members and ensure adherence to service protocols.

  • Develop and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Operational Flow
  • Ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and bar teams.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

  • Monitor and replenish inventory of supplies as needed.

  • Assist with restaurant setup and teardown tasks.

Quality Assurance
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of food and beverages.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff.

  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Financial & Administrative Tasks
  • Monitor operational expenses and support budgeting efforts.

  • Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.

  • Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

  • Prepare daily sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Promotions & Events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute events and promotions.

  • Actively promote specials, seasonal offerings, and other initiatives to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.

Day-to-Day

As a Restaurant Manager, your day will involve overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing and motivating the team, and maintaining operational efficiency.
