Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Intern to join our team at ACI. This part-time contract position, based in either Singapore or Hong Kong, offers flexible working hours, a great entry into the Travel & Hospitality, as well as the Recruitment Industry.
Responsibilities
Maintain records and up to date client information on all prospects, target accounts and new clients through CRM and social media.
Regional and social media marketing campaign coordinator across Asia Pacific.
Competitor research and strategic analysis.
Alignment of internal communications across the offices.
Maintain integrity of the company’s content and social media, create and execute regional social media marketing in line with business objectives.
Digital & website management: structure and content updates.
Content manage ACI's e-newsletter.
File and manage information for the CEO in strict confidence and prepare reports, marketing materials, spreadsheets, presentation slides, and correspondences.
Maintain Client Contract files and update Client Contract Control List.
Prepare and compile consultants’ reports across regional offices.
Monitor and co-ordinate work with internal parties and external third-party suppliers.
Peruse through news and trade publications on a daily basis and capture relevant industry/client news
Qualifications
Degree holder, or currently pursuing a degree
Experience in marketing, sales or as an assistant will be highly advantageous
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
