Andrew Chan, MBA is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ACI HR Solutions (ACI), Asia Pacific’s largest recruitment agency dedicated exclusively to the travel and hospitality sector. With over three decades of industry experience, he leads the company’s strategic direction and operations, bringing deep regional and sector expertise.

Andrew began his career as a Travel Agent in Australia before joining the airline industry, holding customer service and business development roles with Cathay Pacific Airways and Singapore Airlines. He later moved into hospitality, working with Stamford Hotels & Resorts and the Carlton Hotel Group, before joining Hospitality Marketing Concepts (HMC) as Director of Business Development, where he oversaw sales and marketing across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

In 2005, Andrew transitioned into executive search and recruitment, serving as CEO of a major recruitment firm before founding ACI HR Solutions in October 2012. Today, he is widely regarded as a leading authority on recruitment, executive search, and HR strategy within the travel and hospitality industry.

A polished and engaging speaker, Andrew regularly addresses audiences at industry conferences, trade shows, and educational institutions. He is a frequent media commentator and contributor to industry publications on talent trends and HR best practices.

Andrew is an active member of PATA, HSMAI, ACTE, and SKAL Singapore. He holds an MBA from the University of South Australia, is a certified Life Coach, and a qualified Fitness Instructor. Andrew has been recognized twice as Recruitment Entrepreneur of the Year (2016 and 2019) and has served as Singapore Chapter President of HSMAI and Past President of SKAL Singapore.
