The Role: Group Travel Manager

You will be part of our dynamic Groups Division, creating tailored travel packages for groups ranging from families and retirees. You’ll bring your travel experience and enthusiasm to guide our clients in planning their next unforgettable journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize detailed itineraries for diverse groups—whether it's a luxury tour through Europe or a heritage-focused trip to Asia

  • Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and local operators to craft smooth, cost-effective experiences

  • Handle booking logistics, quotations, proposals, and administrative details with precision

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, earning referrals and repeat business

  • Potential to manage the tour operations and manage the team

Qualifications

  • Travel planning experience an asset

  • Fluent in English; Cantonese or Mandarin fluency is required

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple bookings

  • Able to work both independently and within a tight-knit team
