Overview:
Our client is an investment group with interests in property development and commercial investments and we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager for their pre-opening boutique hotel in Singapore. This is a permanent position with an excellent remuneration package on offer.
Responsibilities:
Lead the pre-opening phase of the hotel
Manage day-to-day operations post-opening
Ensure financial targets and GOP are met
Provide leadership and mentorship to teams
Communicate effectively with owners and management company
Utilize sound financial acumen to achieve targets
Qualifications:
Background in Operations, Finance, or Sales & Marketing
Minimum 10 years' experience as a department head of a hotel
Extensive hands-on working experience in Singapore or Asia
Proven leadership abilities
Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred)
Day-to-day:
Oversee pre-opening preparations
Manage operational activities
Communicate with stakeholders
Mentor and lead teams
