The Role
The Director of Operations will oversee the effective management of the entire Hotels dynamic operations – including:
Front Office
Food & Beverage
Kitchen
Housekeeping
Engineering
Security
Fitness Centre and Spa
The Director of Operations will work closely with the Heads of Departments to maximise revenue and profits, to deliver efficient operating costs, to up-keep the assets, whilst ensuring superior luxury service and the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

Prior experience in a similar role
Working experience in a luxury deluxe international hotel
Dynamic leadership and mentorship abilities
Versatile and results orientated
A strategic thinker
Strong problem-solving abilities required
