Our client is a leader in the luxury hotel collection arena.


About the Role
To develop, manage and represent the company's business, strategic partnerships and core contacts throughout the regions by means of effectively executing sales activities as set forth in the region’s sales action plan; to increase gross sales revenues generated within the regions, and to establish the brand to be a leading partner within the industry on this particular marketplace.

• Create and maintain a database of key corporate travel bookers within the regions;
• Prepare and execute the sales strategy for the regions;
• Prepare and execute the corporate sales activities within the regions incl. Exchanges and Sales weeks;
• Identify, research and face-to-face meetings with new corporate and trade accounts as per market allocation in line with Regional plan and Company’s targets;
• Help research, organize and set appointments for Sales weeks and escort hoteliers if needed;
• Represent the company in all relevant client events and trade shows;
• Achieve sales and revenue targets;
• Update and maintain the sales database;
• RFP (Request for Proposal) Corporate Tender
• Support the corporate solicitation process in accordance to business plan utilising current tools and agreed plan
• Support member hotels in problem solving on the market and their any aspects of their sales visit trips
• Follow the company’s reporting structure and procedures, using predetermined formats
• Maintain and report on the performance of corporate markets key accounts on a monthly and annual basis;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with global staff, offices and affiliates;
• Follow any other instructions from the board of as given from time to time;
• Assist in development, training, and support of interns and trainees;
• Work as full member of the team and help on additional tasks as circumstances may dictate;

The Person
• Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in hospitality or tourism
• 3-5 years of experience in sales in the 4-5 star hospitality; at least 3 years of experience in working the corporate market including managing the RPF process;
• Good contacts within the Fortune 500 companies;
• Experience in organizing sales events and trade shows;
• Experience in working in a regional role is beneficial;
