About the Role
As part of its aggressive expansion plans in China, the group is looking for a team of dynamic Pre-opening General Managers to lead their growth in key gateway locations across China (Hangzhou, Haikou, Yangshuo, Nanjing, etc). Reporting to the Regional VP, Operations – this is a challenging and highly rewarding opportunity to be a part of a team that is focused on creating experiences through its unique resort locations and attention to detail, luxury Spas and sustainable tourism efforts.
The Person
An experienced Hotel Manager or General Manager, with an excellent track record in opening high-end boutique hotels / resorts in China. A flair, natural ability to communicate with Owners, internal teams and motivating Associates. Commercially savvy, with an eye for all things financial (GOP, P&L, budgets), a keen sense on design aesthetics, the ability to deliver unassuming and incredibly high service standards – while bringing out the best in your team as Pre-opening GM and achieving your KPIs at the same time
