About Kathy

Kathy Fatseas is a Senior Consultant at ACI HR Solutions, the leading specialist HR consultancy for the travel, tourism, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Sydney, Kathy manages the recruitment and advisory needs of ACI’s clients across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific.

A highly experienced and dedicated professional, Kathy brings over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, with deep expertise across sales, marketing, and client relationship management.

Kathy’s career has been truly global. She began in the early 1990s as Senior Project Manager at Hotel Dynamics, where she spent more than a decade establishing and managing hotel membership and loyalty programmes for leading international brands. Her portfolio included prestigious properties such as Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, ParkRoyal, Meritus Mandarin, Shangri-La, Hilton, and Le Méridien, across major destinations in Australia, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Pacific.

Leveraging her extensive industry experience, commercial acumen, and global network, Kathy later undertook a range of consultancy assignments before returning to Sydney in 2011 to join CITI Australia as Senior Account Manager. She now applies her breadth of operational and commercial expertise to support ACI’s clients in building high-performing teams across the region.
