Kathy Fatseas, based in Sydney is an Executive Consultant for ACI HR Solutions, the leading specialist Travel, Tourism and Hospitality HR consultancy firm in Asia Pacific. She manages the needs of ACI's Hospitality, Tourism and Lifestyle clients across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.

A dedicated professional, Kathy has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry across sales and marketing disciplines.

Kathy’s career spans over 20 years and has taken her literally across the globe. Beginning in the early 90s as Senior Project Manager for Hotel Dynamics, Kathy set up and successfully managed hotel membership loyalty programs over a 12 year span for the likes of Grand Hyatt – Melbourne; Hyatt Regency – Sydney, Adelaide; Park Royal – Sydney, Meritus Mandarin – Singapore; Shangri-La – Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu; Grand Hyatt – Jakarta, Bangkok; Hyatt Regency – Macau, Tahiti; Hilton – Kuala Lumpur; Le Meridien – Athens, Vanuatu. Utilising her extensive experience, skills, and network, Kathy subsequently took on a variety of consultancy assignments before returning to Sydney in 2011 with CITI Australia as Senior Account Manager.
