Cindy Chua is an Executive Consultant at ACI HR Solutions, the leading specialist HR consultancy for the travel, tourism, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors across the Asia Pacific region. Based in Singapore, Cindy manages the recruitment and advisory needs of ACI’s Hospitality and Lifestyle clients across the region.
A multilingual and highly dedicated professional, Cindy brings extensive experience in Executive Search and the hospitality industry.
Cindy began her career over a decade ago with an international 5-star hotel in Singapore before joining the pre-opening team of The Venetian Macao in 2007 as Regional Sales Manager, based in Singapore and later Macao. She went on to contribute to another iconic pre-opening project at Marina Bay Sands, serving as Senior Executive Host – International Marketing. In 2010, Cindy transitioned into Executive Search, where she has since built a strong reputation for delivering tailored talent solutions and fostering lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
