Recognised for his exceptional leadership, generosity, and dedication to developing the next generation of culinary professionals, Chef Kong has been a guiding force in Singapore’s hospitality scene. His influence extends beyond the kitchen — inspiring young chefs, fostering growth, and elevating the standards of mentorship across the industry.
Reflecting on the honour, Chef Kong shared:

Throughout my career, my achievements have never been solely for myself. In addition, ACI HR Solutions presented the Highly Commended Mentor Award to Piotr Kupiec, General Manager of Novotel Singapore on Stevens and Mercure Singapore on Stevens, in recognition of his inspiring leadership and commitment to developing future hospitality leaders.
