The Job:
Business development and client management within an assigned industry and/or region
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and provide a turn-key HR solution to ACI Clients
Review and evaluate candidate applications and critically interview according to client requirements
Provide HR intelligence, information, trends and support to clients
Provide career advice and mentorship to job seekers
The Person:
Demonstrated business development skills from a service or solution provider
Candidates with tourism, hospitality and/or recruitment experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Outgoing, pleasant and professional personality
Able to work independently
