They build technology solutions that enable hotels to deliver the best guest experience. Cloud Platform includes optimization & automation solutions aimed at hotel operations. They aim to grow their presence in Australia/New Zealand and further increase their presence in Australia/NewZealand International Hotel chains.

The Role

Position Overview

Our client is looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Director in the hospitality market

The successful candidate will meet customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives

Sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies,tactics and action plans

Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets

Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer needs and trends

Responsibilities

·Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory & accounts

·Develop strategies & define tactics for market & revenue growth in Australia/New Zealand

·Further establish the company in large Australia/New Zealand chains – approved vendor status

·Managing own accounts directly, from lead to close

·Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base

·Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

·Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

·Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

·Understand hospitality-specific landscapes and trends

·Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

·Manage the Australia/New Zealand office including a small sales team

The Person

·Experience in the Hospitality Industry at the C-level of individual hotels & hotel groups

·Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

·Demonstrable experience as head of sales,developing client-focused, differentiated & achievable solutions

·Ability to communicate, present & influence all levels of the organization, including executive & C-level

·Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

·Proven ability to articulate distinct aspects of solutions & services, as well as to position against competitors

·Understanding IT is a plus

·High energy passionate individual with a passion for new technology and its impact on hospitality operations

·Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills

·BA/BS degree or equivalent
