Job Description

The Company

Our client is a well recognised luxury hotel brand in the region. Well establish in Indonesia and a market leader in their arena.

The Role

  • This role will cover all Japanese Accounts within all market segments;
  • Meet individual and group targets based on the annual budget;
  • Develop new accounts and revival of dormant accounts per month based on set targets;
  • Maintain contact information of corporate accounts;
  • Communicate and grow business on key, niche, buying and market accounts;
  • Accomplish all pertinent sales documents based on set guidelines;
  • Assist in conceptualizing and implementing marketing plans and strategies for target Japanese Market;
  • Conduct economic and commercial surveys to assess the competition and identify potential markets; and
  • Adhere to all Sales and Marketing policies and guidelines set, ensuring that hotel and brand standards are followed at all times




The Person

  • Proficient in oral and written Japanese and English language
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • With significant sales experience in similar capacity and industry
  • Goal-oriented, and has effective organizational and planning skills
  • An excellent communicator
  • Self-driven and motivated to succeed
