The Company

A great opportunity has now become available for a successful hospitality sales manager to join an exciting and rapidly expanding technology company. Our client is a global leader in hospitality guest service technology with offices throughout Asia and Europe.

The Role

This would suit a driven and innovative self-starter with a hands-on approach who can work independently and enjoys working in a dynamic fast moving environment


·Responsible for sales and business development to increase sales and market share in their respective assignedareas

·Develop and execute sales strategies for new and existing clients

·Prospect and engage qualified leads and effectively manage sales pipelines

·Liaise with customers and clients,leading business negotiations with the ability to close deals ASAP

·Achieve set monthly, quarterly and annual goals to achieve targeted business goals

·Create and develop excellent client relationship through attention to detail, prompt follow up and empathy for customer perceptions and needs whilst maintaining professionalism

·Produce sales proposals and presentations for new and existing accounts

·Prepare sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

·Attend client functions and professionally represent the company at various tradeshows, expos and tourism body promotions/events

The Person

·At least 3 year’s sales management experience within a demanding, fast paced hospitality environment

·Passionate about sales with a track record of increasing sales, achieving sales goals and building relationships

·Wide networks within the hotel and hospitality segments to develop new business

·Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and negotiation skills

·Engaging, enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to think on the spot

·A very consultative personal style in all aspects of the role

·Must be internet savvy

·Results-oriented with excellent organisational skills – able to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines

·Able to travel as required
