Our client is a leader in Hospitality Operations Software solutions with a 5000 Hotels installed base over 32 countries track record, aims at growing its presence in Europe & further increase its penetration in Europe International Hotel chains.
 
Today, they have mobile and cloud based products, covering various departmental needs of 3, 4 and 5 star hotels. They are in the process of transforming their products to further improve overall User Experience, Architecture, coverage of user needs, and utilize new technology innovations. In order to continue innovating they are rapidly expanding their Product team.
 
Position Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director in hospitality market.
The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Sales director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets.
Sales director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer needs & trends.
 
Job Responsibilities:
· Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory & accounts
· Develop strategy & define tactics for market & revenue growth for its respective territory
· Further establish the company in regional chains from its territory – Approved vendor status
· Sales Director will be managing its own accounts directly, from lead to close
· Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
· Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
· Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
· Understand hospitality-specific landscapes and trends
· Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
 
Required Experience:
· Experience in Hospitality Industry at the C-level of individual hotels & hotel groups
· Ability to communicate, present & influence all levels of the organization, including executive & C-level
· Proven ability to articulate distinct aspects of solutions & services, as well as to position against competitors’
· Sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
· Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated & achievable solutions
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Understanding IT a plus.
· High Energy passionate individual, with a passion for new technologies
· Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· BA/BS degree or equivalent
