Our client is a leading hospitality technology platform provider with an extensive portfolio of integrated products used by more than 5,000 hotels internationally.
With worldwide offices their integrated platform for hotel operations enhances the guest experience by automating and streamlining processes, empowering staff and providing hotel management with real-time information.
Our client is looking for a Sales Director to be located in either the East or West Coast of the US.
·To take the reins of the Americas sales and account management
·To be the vanguard of the company’s sales effort
·Ensure the maintenance of good business relationships with key clients, deepen the software solutions offering to all International Chain Hotels and develop new business opportunities within the hotel industry
· Deepen the channels and enhance the management processes for all products.
·Spearhead the growth & development of the company’s business by representing the company at the highest level.
·Lead and manage the business profitably.
·Execute a plan which will generate more revenue from existing clients as well as develop new clients.
·Maintain the country budget and ensure profitability
·Good sales experience and sales track record in hotel technology software in the hospitality industry
·Some basic hotel operations experience or knowledge will be preferable
·A “hunter” with an outgoing personality who likes networking/socializing events with hoteliers
·Knows the America market well and has sufficient contacts to go after
·Understands hotel technologies and is able to pick up new technologies quickly
·Fluent English language skills and a 2nd or 3rd language is preferable
·Numbers driven and is solely focused on achieving the revenue and profit targets on overall accounts
·Good client relationship management skills to ensure continuous maintenance of client relationship even after the sale is completed
