Our client is a travel marketing science company that provides travel brands with the tools and know-how to scale their digital marketing programs and revenues. They are an official Marketing Partner for global brands and they are dedicated to developing custom solutions for travel companies.
About the role:
My client is looking for a Sales Director, APAC based in our Singapore office. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing the day to day sales efforts in APAC. You will report to the Global Commercial Director and work closely with Managing Director in APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement the company APAC Sales strategy that aligns with overall company goals.
· Work cross-functionally with Account Management, Marketing and Product teams to develop relevant advertising/marketing programs for key clients, prospects and their agencies.
· Deliver persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of the company to marketers and drive sales.
· Meet and exceed aggressive and growing sales targets on a semi-annual basis.
· Build and enable strong relationships with partners in the region for the whole sales team in order to facilitate lead generation through partner referrals.
· Monitor regional competition and market activity and provide feedback and strategic and tactical recommendations.
· Work closely with the company Marketing team to make sure you have all the sales collateral and key insights they need to be successful.
Experience, Skills and Requirements:
· 8 years or more of work experience in the online advertising industry
· Deep experience in Facebook Advertising is a MUST, with a minimum of 2+ years working for Facebook or an accredited Facebook Marketing Partner
· Strong understanding of all Facebook and Instagram ad offerings
· Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
· Embraces challenges and acts in a solution oriented manner
· Excellent written and oral communication skills  
· Able to travel up to 30% of the time
· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
· Bachelor's degree
