We are looking for our client - a reputable and leading international Travel company - a Regional Head of Sales. This strategic role is based in Hong Kong.
The Regional Head of Online Sales is representing the image of the brand for the Online Sales Department and will have to:
- Develop new products (activities, excursions...) and sell it on website for clients.
- Define and implement sales strategy and technique to establish marketing goals.
- Understand client’s needs and tailor products to meet client requirements
- Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business.
- Work with sales team to identify opportunities for new markets and growth.
- Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients.
- Conduct effective sales presentation for potential customers.
- Develop and maintain sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed sales, follow-up activities, etc.
- Evaluate and enhance current trade shows, conventions, and other marketing events to develop new opportunities.
- Hire and train sales personnel in online sales.
- Develop best practices for online sales and customer services.
Experience in Online Sales within the Travel and/or Hospitality industry and knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
