 Role Purpose

To manage the company digital marketing effort to achieve the target performance maximizing cost effectiveness and in line with the company brand.



1.     To manage the company websites for all our different markets currently, Singapore, HK and China to achieve the following.

a.      Best SEO results.

b.     To work efficiently with other aspects of company functions, especially products.

c.      In line with the company brand.

d.     Best user experiences

2.     To plan and execute all our digital performance marketing effort such as

a.      SEM.

b.     Social media.

c.      Regular EDMs and other communications

3.     To constantly build up the company digital marketing strength including content such as write-ups, photos and videos; network of KOL; and others

4.     To manage the company digital marketing budget

5.     To lead the growing marketing team in Singapore, HK and China, executives may have matrix reporting to other managers / directors.

6.     To collate, monitor and analyse results and propose further plans.

7.     To assist during any marketing event.

8.     To support the work of other stakeholder in the company.



1.     5 years experiences in performance marketing position.

2.     Regional or international experiences

3.     Preferably with management experience.

4.     Degree in Marketing.

5.     Excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills.

6.     Collaborative skills.

7.     Leadership & Teamwork
