- Business development and client management within an assigned industry
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle and provide a turn-key HR solution to ACI clients
- Review and evaluate candidate applications and critically interview according to client requirements
- Provide HR intelligence, information, trends and support to clients
- Provide career advice and mentorship to job seekers
- Demonstrated business development skills from a service or solution provider
- Candidates with technology, IT and/or recruitment experience is preferred
