Our client is an international & famous restaurant chain and have a need for an experienced Pastry Chef to be based in Hong Kong.
- Oversees the operations of the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen, including profit and loss, menu development, food cost control and kitchen hygiene control.
- Prepare goods such as cakes and pies
- Develop, implement, monitor the standard and procedures, and prepare reports for food safety and kitchen hygiene
- Ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene standards of all kitchen staff
- Maintain and control the good quality of our food in accordance with our Company’s standard.
- Ensure the quality control on food standard and prepare the checklists
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Pastry Chef level of Western Restaurant
- Good command of both English and Cantonese
- Passionate, creative, and positive attitude
