The Company

We are looking for our international client – a Luxury Lifestyle and Travel company – a Partnership Manager (role based in Hong Kong).



The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Procuring new and exciting benefits and offers for our corporate clients and concierge
  • Researching and designing experience concepts that match the requirements of our clients and sourcing suppliers that are on point with our clients brand.
  • The ability to work independently to pre-agreed targets in order to deliver in a timely fashion
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing suppliers
  • To monitor performance of partnered suppliers
  • Ensure the best possible supplier base is in place to enable us to continuously deliver on our corporate customer’s and concierge requirements
  • Monitor redemption and demands of a product/service to understand the customer base
  • To confidently and professionally manage customer redemption requests


The Person

The ideal candidate will :

  • Have good presentation and communication skills (Cantonese and English)
  • Have the ability to self-motivate and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Be passionate about understanding both our corporate clients and concierge needs whilst looking to spot opportunities to add more value
  • Have previous experience in procuring and negotiating benefits and offers and have a broad knowledge of the key suppliers in the dining industry across APAC or globally (desirable, not essential)
  • Have a passion for working in a business that places customer service at their core as well as commercial success.
  • Be a natural commercial drive and innovation, always seeking new opportunities with suppliers and creativity with the procurement of benefits/offers produced.
  • Previous experience in procuring and negotiating benefits and offers and have a broad knowledge of the key suppliers in the dining industry across APAC or globally (desirable, not essential).
  • Background in sales and/or marketing, specifically with the hospitality, fashion or F&B industry.
  • Knowledge/experience with digital marketing and CRM for high end luxury brands.
