Our Client is a budding Travel Agency in Singapore having its presence globally with strong commitments, headquarter located in Tokyo.
- Demonstrated experience in a travel agency, tour operator.
- Hands-on experience in minimum two of the following GDSs, Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or Travel sky with ticketing, reissue and refund knowledge.
- Processing ticketing, Reissue and Refund requests from business partners (mainly online travel agencies) within service level and providing other B2B operational support to B2B customers.
- The ability to multitask and handle several projects at the same time.
- High adaptability to a dynamic changing environment.
- Fluent in English, Knowing Chinese or Japanese is a plus.
