· Identify high value brand development opportunities. You’ll use strong business judgement based on strong analytics (including on costs, conversion, retention, LTV and ROI), securer and cultivate revenue driving brand partnerships

· Oversee the negotiation and close of complex, win-win partner agreements that require brand, business model and market alignment

· Promote the company brand and it’s luxury brand proposition by finding like-minded brands to partner with

· Manage brand partnership accounts to ensure long-term success and revenue growth

· Design and develop customized marketing collateral for partner presentations and pitches; attend senior level partner-facing meetings as needed

· Work cross functionally across the company to ensure that partnerships are optimized for success by managing both internal and external stakeholder expectations

· Actively collaborate on new business pitches with marketing team

· Liaise with the marketing and events teams during on-site brand activations



· University graduate in a marketing or business-related field

· A minimum of 5 years travel consulting experience gained in a demanding, fast moving luxury travel environment

· Affinity and exposure to luxury products and service – strongly preferred

· Background in luxury travel and leisure sales, customer service, personal assistance

· Proven record of achieving sales targets

· Excellent analytical skills and ability to present results and concepts to senior management

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Able to derive insights to construct offers, campaigns and communications that drive profitable customer behaviors

· Ability to work independently with a flexible, innovative and creative approach
