offering exclusive privileges and personalized services. With over 200 unique brand partners, they have a dedicated member services team who will assist at every touch point from providing recommendations to making reservations.



The Role

 

LEADERSHIP

·Manage Membership Sales Team

·Oversee the smooth operation of the Membership Sales Team

·Provide mentorship to the Sales Team in the delivery of sales target and service excellence

·Responsible for delegation of roles and refining workflow processes of the Team

·Conduct regular performance reviews with staff

MEMBER/CLIENT RELATIONS

·Accountable for new member sign ups and sales through direct/indirect sales channel

·Assist Membership Manager to ensure all membership administration is done in an accurate and timely manner as per SOPs

·Provide feedback to enhance members’ profiling of interests and preferences template

·Resolve complaint issues in a timely and equitable manner - Log and escalate any received complaints from members for resolution

·Ensure complaint escalations are executed effectively per established protocol and recorded

·Inform potential/current members of news, events, promotions through newsletters, EDMs and other publicity materials

·Pro-actively engage and update potential/current members of latest products and services

·Establish friendly relationship with potential/current members

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONAL

·Develop marketing and membership sales strategy with Membership Manager

·Implementation of marketing and sales initiatives

·Increase membership sales by developing the right closing strategies

·Participate in internal projects and key initiatives

·Provide feedback to maximize improvements in operational efficiency

·Review reports and monitor department KPIs

·Develop reports and corporate presentations for the Board and stakeholders

·Ability to articulate and present to the Board and stakeholders



The Person

·5-10 years related experience in a lifestyle, hospitality or financial institutes as Membership Sales or Relationship Manager

·Proven ability to achieve sales targets and possess good business acumen

·Experience in working in cross-cultural environment

·Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, Management or related disciplines

·Experience in telesales and relationship management

·Confident individual, energetic, highly motivated with strong drive to succeed

·Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships

·Able to interact effectively with internal & external parties of all levels

·Problem analysis and problem solving
