The CompanyOur client is a well established, international chain hotel located in the heart of Singapore.
- Ensure adequate stock to meet demand requirements and enforce strict delivery schedules
- Receive, inspect and store meat on goods received Ensure meat handling and storage procedures comply with hygiene and safety standards
- Maintain an organised and sanitary work environment Operate and perform meat cutting functions
- Any ad-hoc butchering duties as required
- Oversee and ensure smooth production of all deli products both for hotel use as well as retail
- Maintain and ensure product standards are achieved
- Oversee and supervise butcher team
- Minimum 2 to 3 years in a similar position in a hotel or large scale butchery
- You must have prior experience in the production of a full range of deli products
- Excellent leadership skills. A team player.
- Meticulous by nature - a perfectionist
- Able to work under pressure and tight datelines
