Our client is a Luxury Lifestyle and Travel Company looking for a Lifestyle Concierge Specialist to be based in their modern, friendly & vibrant Melbourne office

The Role

Our client is looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to join their team in Melbourne

·As a Travel Specialist, no two days are ever the same. You will use your knowledge, contacts and know-how to deal with interesting and often complex requests

·You will primarily be dealing in the following areas; Travel, Retail and Entertainment including restaurant and ticket knowledge

·You will use your expertise to help your members get the most from their lives, whilst growing knowledge within you team and across the company as a whole

·You will use your research and communication skills to provide personalized solutions to your international member’s requests within specified time frames

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

·Native-level Japanese with fluent English –written and spoken

·Travel background is a necessity with experience in Hotels, Travel, Airlines or Airport etc

·Experience in the high-end and luxury customer service, dining, ticketing, travel, luxury or hospitality industry with a good understanding of handling top VIP clients would be an added advantage

·Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets

·Passionate about delivering high quality personalized support and have excellent research skills

·Able to use their initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of their members

·Experience in creating bespoke travel itineraries

·Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills with members and suppliers, working in a calm and professional manner

·The ability to work independently and perform well with little supervision

·Strong administration skills and be able to prioritize workloads to meet tight reporting timelines

·The ability to multi task and handle several projects at the same time

·High adaptability to a dynamic changing environment

·Local knowledge of Japan and APAC region

·GDS skills required in Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
