Our client is looking for passionate, motivated and resourceful individuals to join their APAC team. As a Dining & Nightlife Specialist, no two days are ever the same. You will genuinely enjoy sharing your in-depth knowledge of restaurants and passion for food with their members. You will use your expertise to help members select and make the best possible bookings to suit their specifications and meet their deadlines, whilst growing knowledge within you team and across the company. You will use your research and communication skills to provide personalized solutions to their international members request within specified time frames.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Native-level of Cantonese - with fluent English/Mandarin - written and spoken
·Passion for restaurants is a must and someone who enjoys and is excited about food
·Varied knowledge of different cuisines worldwide will be an advantage
·Ability to build and maintain good relationships with partner restaurants and clubs
·Ability to multitask and handle several projects at the same time
·Energetic and motivated team players who enjoy the challenge of meeting and beating targets
·Passion about delivering high quality personalised support and have excellent research skills
·Initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of their members
·Experience in the high-end and luxury customer service, international dining or hospitality industry would be an added advantage
