Under the general guidance and supervision of the GM, the HRM will plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in personnel activities in the following areas: associates benefit, wages, salary, labor and employee Relations, recruitment training as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing residence policies, procedures, rules, regulations for associates.
Manages HR Division, ensuring compliance with all Residence policies and procedures; both local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices. Develops and implements recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract most qualified candidates for position vacancies.
Coordinates with requisitioning departments in the recruitment of employee following established standards, policies and procedures; assists them in the orientation training, development and evaluation of their personnel.
Direct supervises training department and ensures all its activities are in accordance to the needs of Residence and all training program have been smoothly executed. Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labor law, Residence rules and regulations. Consults with department heads on appropriate action and recommend the results. Ensures the associates complies with Residence policies and procedures as well as government regulations pertaining to employment practice. Oversee Residence personnel and ensure effective staff management.

Our client is looking for a Chinese candidate, fluent in English. Must have a strong work experience in international hotels. Knowledge about the local labour law. The ideal candidate must be confident and open minded. Used to be involved in CSR and to handle employee and training activities.
Confident in supervising the performance of all personnel in HR department. Interact with individuals outside the Residence including but not limited to, associates benefit representatives, applicants, government officials and member of the local community. Coordinate functions and activities with other departments, maintain a good working relations with all Directors / HODs of other Departments.
