As the Head of Lifestyle Concierge, SE Asia, you will be the key operational support to Team Managers in their APAC offices.
You will be responsible to create a motivated and dynamic management team for the various teams to meet their targeted performance levels, to develop and execute an overall strategy, and to be a key driver on the strategy for the APAC region.
You are expected to be a strong and reliable member of the wider senior management team in APAC who is open to and willing to manage and initiate ad-hoc projects that will add value to their service proposition while ensuring they remain at the forefront of the Lifestyle Concierge market in the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Owning and contributing to wider strategic goals for the APAC region ensuring there are plans in place for growth
·Working with the Client Services and Business Development teams on client related matters
·Scoping out and delivering unique and innovative service improvements that are both market leading and set the standard within the business
·Managing the monthly manager appraisals and performance management ensuring the teams are hitting agreed targets and deadlines
·Ensuring that managers are constantly thinking about the future of their business areas and are confident in putting together ideas and plans as to how to get there
·Providing proficient consultation on all phases of talent management which includes succession planning, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes
·Oversight and compliance on local and regulatory matters to ensure the continued and smooth operation of their business in SE Asia
The ideal candidate will have:
·Knowledge of HR and experience managing / implementing policies, processes in this area
·Experience of working in a Lifestyle Concierge business
·Experience in Project Management
·Proven leadership at a strategic and/or Head of department level including management of managers
·Confident presenter in both written and verbal communication
·Creative and innovative thinker and always strives to improve and better service delivery
·Demonstrated experience in managing and leading through complex and dynamic periods of change with the best outcome for the business and staff
