As the Head of Lifestyle Concierge, SE Asia, you will be the key operational support to Team Managers in our APAC offices. You will be responsible to create a motivated and dynamic management team for the various teams to meet their targeted performance levels and to develop and execute an overall strategy, and to be a key driver on the strategy for the APAC region.
You are expected to be a strong and reliable member of the wider senior management team in APAC who is open to and willing to manage and initiate ad-hoc projects that will add value to our service proposition while ensuring that we remain at the forefront of the Lifestyle Concierge market in the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
Owning and contributing to wider strategic goals for APAC region ensuring that there are plans in place for growth
Working with the Client Services and Business Development teams on client related matters
Scoping out and delivering unique and innovative service improvements that are both market leading and sets the standard within the business
Managing the monthly manager appraisals and performance management ensuring the teams are hitting agreed targets and deadlines
Ensuring that managers are constantly thinking about the future of their business areas and are confident in putting together ideas and plans as to how to get there
Providing proficient consultation on all phases of talent management which includes succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes
Oversight and compliance on local and regulatory matters to ensure the continued and smooth operation of our business in SE Asia
The ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge of HR and experience managing / implementing policies, processes in this area
Experience of working in a Lifestyle Concierge business
Experience in Project Management
Proven leadership at a strategic and/or Head of department level including management of managers
Confident presenter in both written and verbal communication
Creative and innovative thinker and always strives to improve and better our service delivery
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading through complex and dynamic periods of change with the best outcome for the business and staff
