They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join their dynamic and professional team for their property in Sydney.
This exciting guest focused role is responsible for day to day operations and in leading their Front Office team to meet and exceed the unique needs of their clients and guests.
·Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office
·Leading a team to deliver a world-class service
·Assist in the planning and overseeing of all front of house and guest service processes ensuring the delivery of an excellent
arrival, stay and departure experience for all their guests including accurate room allocation, VIP arrivals, amenities etc
·Ensure the delivery of memorable customer service experience for both internal and external guests
·Provide support to other operational areas as required
·Effectively communicating with all departments of the hotel to ensure customer satisfaction is consistently achieved
Qualifications and Experience
·The ability to lead, motivate and maximise the potential of the Front Office team
·Work closely with other departments to meet hotel needs.
·Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
·The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
·Impeccable attention to detail.
·Experience working with KPIs, budgets and P&Ls.
·Revenue and yield experience will be highly regarded
·Tertiary Hospitality Management qualifications – desirable
