About the Company
Our client is a worldwide luxury brand with their regional office located in Singapore. 

About the Role
To develop and increase commission revenue by means of driving and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets in Asia Pacific - effectively executing sales & marketing as set forth in the quarterly sales & marketing plan, and increasing brand awareness in the Region.
• Coordinate and control regional sales & marketing activities in the Region
• Plan and execute the regional activities and events together with the team
• Attend travel trade shows within the Region which are relevant to increase business
• Implement procedures, measurement tools, and processes as mandated by head office to maximise results of sales & marketing activities
• Establish, develop and maintain strong positive relationships to all personnel relevant within member hotels
• Monitor competitors and market trends within the Region
• Evaluate global sales & marketing opportunities with clients within the region and communicate lead
• Manage costs in line with budget and revenue flows if necessary 

The Person
• Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in hospitality or tourism
• 8+ years of experience in sales (all segments) in the 5 star hospitality
• Experience in organizing sales events and trade shows
• Experience in working in a regional role is beneficial
• Travel experience to the key cities in the region as well as international travel experience
• Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills
• Good team player
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent computer skills, proficiency in using Mac OS
• Fluency in English, Chinese/Mandarin or any other language is beneficial;
• Singaporean citizenship or work permit required
